"Still waiting on support"
I reached out to Packhelp support twice. Nothing useful back. Just kind of left hanging. I had to keep chasing for days, which was frustrating. Especially when you need a quick answer and you're just sitting there waiting.

"The design tool kept freezing on me"
I had a frustrating time using this. It was hard to figure out, and it kept freezing or breaking while I was trying to work. it made the whole process way more annoying than it needed to be.

"I ordered some custom boxes from Packhelp..."
I ordered some custom boxes from Packhelp for a small product batch I was putting together, and at the proof stage everything looked okay to me. I checked it on my laptop after dinner, so maybe I was already a bit tired, but the preview seemed lined up and nothing jumped out as a problem.

When the boxes arrived, though, the print didn’t quite match what I’d approved. One of the logos was sitting closer to the edge than it showed in the proof, and a small bit of text looked softer than the file I uploaded. It wasn’t completely ruined, but it was noticeable enough that I wouldn’t want to send them out for something more polished.

Customer support was polite, to be fair, but I had to explain the issue more than once and the whole back-and-forth took longer than I expected. I’ve ordered packaging elsewhere before, usually for random seasonal launches, and I just expected the proofing process to catch this kind of thing. Not the worst experience ever, but not accurate enough for paid custom packaging.

"I tried to place an order..."
I tried to place an order, but the whole thing felt way more complicated than it should have been. There were too many steps, like picking options, confirming details, going back to check the cart, then seeing different totals pop up. One minute the price looked one way, then after adding shipping or clicking to the next page, it seemed to change. I wasn’t sure if my order was saved, if my payment was about to go through, if I had selected the right item, or if I had accidentally added something twice. It reminded me of those websites where you click checkout and suddenly you’re dealing with extra fees, random add-ons, promo code boxes, account signups, and five different confirmation screens. After going in circles for a while, I just gave up because it felt like I was wasting my time

"Just too pricey for basic boxes"
These just aren’t worth the price. They’re boxes, just boxes, and I expected a lot more for what they cost.

"Refund got sorted, but maybe it’s just me"
Support did end up fixing the issue, so I’m glad it got taken care of. The refund just felt a bit slow to come through, but maybe it’s just me being impatient.

I ordered custom boxes the final print looked nothing like the proof?? The colors came out dull, a few areas were blurry, and the logo wasn’t even centered. When I reached out to support, they just kept saying it was “within tolerance,” which felt frustrating. Like, for the price, how is that acceptable?? I really expected a lot better and probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not quite enough customization for me"
I was hoping Packhelp would give me a bit more room to play around with the packaging, but the options felt kind of limited. A few of the sizes and finishes I had in mind didn’t seem to be available, and even changing smaller details took more effort than I expected. It’s probably fine if you just need something fairly basic, but for a custom box, it only felt somewhat custom to me

"Delivery delays made me lose confidence"
I ordered some packaging expecting it to show up within a reasonable time, but the delivery kept getting pushed back. The tracking didn’t really give me much useful information either, so I was just left guessing. By the time it finally arrived, I’d already had to make other arrangements. It was frustrating, and it’s made me lose trust in ordering from here again...
